Where to find the VIN
On most cars the VIN is visible at the base of the windscreen (driver side) and on a label in the driver-side door opening; check your registration document too.
China-spec vs export-spec
The Sealion 08 is a different, larger car than the Sealion 05, 06 and 07, and it is not the Tang L, which is sold as the Sealion 8 in some markets. Plug-in hybrid and EV versions, and five- and six-seat versions, differ. Charging inlets differ by market: China-spec cars use the GB/T standard and export versions are built for the destination market. Send the VIN.
