KEEL Aftermarket (aftermarket.keel.ae) is a parts sourcing service operated by YasEVs Energy LLC. We source genuine Chinese vehicle parts and arrange delivery to customers in other countries. You can contact us about privacy through the Contact page or on WhatsApp.
2. What we collect
When you request a part we collect: your name, company (optional), WhatsApp number and/or email, the vehicle details you give us (VIN, brand, model, year, specification), the part you need, any photos or files you upload, your destination country, city and postal code, and your delivery preference. We also store your request number and the status updates on your request. Our website may record basic technical data such as pages visited and device type.
3. How we use it
To identify and source the part, to quote and confirm your order, to contact you about your request (including by WhatsApp or email), to arrange shipping and delivery, to keep records, to prevent fraud and misuse, and to improve the service. We only contact you about your request because you tick the consent box on the form.
4. Who we share it with
Only with those who need it to fulfil your request: our sourcing partners and suppliers in China, shipping and logistics providers, payment providers, and service providers who host and run our website and tools. We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Your request is handled by our team and partners in China and other countries, so your data may be processed outside your country. We share only what is needed to fulfil the request.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as needed to complete your order, handle any follow-up, and meet accounting and legal record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your data earlier, unless we must keep it by law.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to stop contacting you, or to withdraw your consent, by contacting us. Local law in your country may give you further rights.
