1. About these terms
By using aftermarket.keel.ae or sending a request you agree to these terms. KEEL Aftermarket is operated by YasEVs Energy LLC.
2. Genuine parts
KEEL Aftermarket supplies genuine parts only, sourced from the brand's authorized dealers and official channels in China. If we cannot source a genuine part, we will tell you and we will not substitute a copy or unbranded alternative.
3. Requests and quotes
Sending a request does not create an order. We review your vehicle and part information and send you a quote with availability and price. A quote is valid only for the period stated in it, and an order starts only when you confirm the quote and payment is received.
4. Accuracy of information
Please give us the VIN and as much detail as you can. We check the part against your VIN before purchase, but we rely on the information you provide. Vehicle information on our model pages, such as names, specifications and dates, is general guidance sourced from public information, is not model-verified, and may change. It does not replace checking against your VIN.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the quote, including the part, verification, logistics and delivery as stated. Import duties, taxes and customs fees in your country are your responsibility unless the quote says otherwise.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times in a quote are estimates and can be affected by customs, carriers and other factors outside our control. We inspect and photograph the part before it ships and provide tracking where available. Risk passes to you when the shipment is delivered to the address you gave.
7. Problems with your order
If you receive a part that does not match what we confirmed with you, contact us with photos as soon as possible and we will make it right.
8. Use of the site
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or unlawful content. Photos and files you upload must be yours to share.
9. Brands and trademarks
All vehicle brand and model names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify compatible parts. KEEL Aftermarket is independent and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any vehicle manufacturer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
