Chery's mid-size sedan above the Arrizo 5, launched in 2022 with petrol engines. The plug-in hybrid versions are sold as the Fulwin A8, A8 Pro (Voyage Edition) and A8L, and the car is the Tenet A8 in Russia.

Arrizo 8 (petrol) 2022–present
Debuted in April 2022 as a sedan positioned above the Arrizo 5.
Fulwin A8 (plug-in hybrid) 2023–present
The plug-in version was shown as the Arrizo 8 C-DM at Auto Shanghai 2023 and launched as the Fulwin A8 at the start of 2024. The A8 Pro (Voyage Edition, with an enclosed front) followed in April 2024 and the A8L launched on 17 December 2024.
Powertrain, battery & charging
Petrol: a 1.6 L engine (145 kW, 290 N·m) or a 2.0 L turbo (about 186 kW). Plug-in hybrid (Fulwin A8, A8 Pro and A8L): a 1.5 L SQRH4J15 engine built for hybrids with a 1DHT130 transmission and combined output of about 225 to 265 kW. The two cheapest A8L versions use a 1.5 L engine rated at 75 kW and 125 N·m.
Where to find the VIN
On most cars the VIN is visible at the base of the windscreen (driver side) and on a label in the driver-side door opening; check your registration document too.
China-spec vs export-spec
The petrol Arrizo 8 and the plug-in Fulwin A8 have different engines and drivetrains, and the A8, A8 Pro and A8L differ in front-end design. Names vary by market (Tenet A8 in Russia, Fownix Arrizo 8 and Z8 in Iran). It is a different, larger car than the Arrizo 5 and Arrizo 5 Plus. Charging inlets on plug-in versions differ by market: China-spec cars use the GB/T standard and export versions are built for the destination market. Send the VIN.
