Generations & years

  • First generation 2023–present

Launched in China in 2023 (code A07 in development). Sales in the Chinese market ended in 2025, and export production under the Jolion Max name was due to start in 2026.

Powertrain, battery & charging

Plug-in hybrid only: a naturally aspirated 1.5 L four-cylinder engine with a front electric motor and a 2-speed dedicated hybrid transmission (DHT). Body about 4,600 mm long on a 2,710 mm wheelbase.

Where to find the VIN

On most cars the VIN is visible at the base of the windscreen (driver side) and on a label in the driver-side door opening; check your registration document too.

China-spec vs export-spec

The Xiaolong is the smaller sibling of the mid-size Xiaolong Max, which has a different Hi4 four-wheel-drive hybrid system, so do not assume parts fit both. The export Jolion Max is not the Jolion or Jolion Pro, which are different cars. Charging inlets differ by market: China-spec cars use the GB/T standard and export versions are built for the destination market. Send the VIN.
