China name: 魏牌V9X
Wey's flagship six-seat luxury plug-in hybrid SUV, about 5.3 m long, on GWM's new GWM One platform with an 800 V system. The five-seat Wey V8X is its smaller sibling.

First generation 2026–present
Teased in February 2026, with pre-sales opening on 17 April and launch on 18 May 2026 in three trims from 349,800 to 389,800 yuan. HEV and EV versions were expected to follow later in the year.
Powertrain, battery & charging
Super Hi4 plug-in hybrid all-wheel drive: a 2.0 turbo engine with dual electric motors and a 4-speed dedicated hybrid transmission, 800 V electronics and 6C charging. Electric ranges of 240 km and 363 km are quoted for different batteries, and a combined range of about 1,700 km.
Where to find the VIN
On most cars the VIN is visible at the base of the windscreen (driver side) and on a label in the driver-side door opening; check your registration document too.
China-spec vs export-spec
The V9X is a new, larger car than the V8X, and neither shares parts with the older Wey Lanshan or Mocha. Plug-in, HEV and EV versions have different drivetrains, and long- and short-wheelbase versions are listed. Charging inlets differ by market: China-spec cars use the GB/T standard and export versions are built for the destination market. Send the VIN.
