Powertrain, battery & charging
2.0-litre turbo petrol: 2.0TD-T4 Evo (about 218 hp) with a 7-speed DCT on FWD versions, and 2.0TD-T5 (175 kW / 238 hp, 350 Nm) with an Aisin 8-speed automatic on AWD versions. China also has Hi-P / Hi-X hybrid versions with a 3-speed DHT.
Where to find the VIN
On most cars the VIN is visible at the base of the windscreen (driver side) and on a label in the driver-side door opening; check your registration document too.
China-spec vs export-spec
China-market hybrid variants share body panels but not powertrain parts with export petrol cars. DCT (FWD) and 8-speed automatic (AWD) cars use different transmission and driveline parts. Confirm drivetrain before ordering.
