Ora's four-door electric saloon, sold in Europe as the GWM Ora 07. It is positioned against the Tesla Model 3 and Hyundai Ioniq 6.

Called the Lightning Cat in China. It was announced for the UK in spring 2024 as the Ora 07, and has been offered in Germany since 2024.
Powertrain, battery & charging
Battery-electric. UK reporting expected a range of over 300 miles (WLTP). Detailed battery and motor specifications were not confirmed in the sources checked.
Where to find the VIN
On most cars the VIN is visible at the base of the windscreen (driver side) and on a label in the driver-side door opening; check your registration document too.
China-spec vs export-spec
The Lightning Cat and Ora 07 are the same car. It is a different, larger car than the Good Cat (Ora 03 or Funky Cat), so do not assume parts fit both. Charging inlets differ by market: China-spec cars use the GB/T standard and export versions are built for the destination market. Send the VIN.
