Arrizo 5 Plus family 2021–2025 (China)
The Arrizo 5 Plus replaced the Arrizo GX with the 2021 facelift. Export versions continued as the Arrizo 6 and Arrizo 6 Pro, with the Arrizo 5 GT performance version launched in September 2022.
Powertrain, battery & charging
The export Arrizo 6 Pro, built on the M1X platform, is listed with a 1.5 turbo engine and a 9-speed automatic gearbox. Engines differ by market.
Where to find the VIN
On most cars the VIN is visible at the base of the windscreen (driver side) and on a label in the driver-side door opening; check your registration document too.
China-spec vs export-spec
The Omoda S5 is the same car as the Chery Arrizo 5 Plus, Arrizo 6 Pro and Fownix Arrizo 6 Pro (Iran). The Arrizo 5 is a different, smaller sedan, and the Arrizo 5 GT is a sporty variant. Send the VIN.
