Where to find the VIN
On most cars the VIN is visible at the base of the windscreen (driver side) and on a label in the driver-side door opening; check your registration document too.
China-spec vs export-spec
The i6 is a battery-electric SUV and is not related to the extended-range L6, even though it is its counterpart, so parts do not cross over. It is a smaller car than the i8. Charging inlets differ by market: China-spec cars use the GB/T standard and export versions are built for the destination market. Send the VIN.
