Generations & years
First generation 2025–present
Unveiled on 22 January 2025 as the first model of Chery's Zongheng luxury off-road sub-brand, based on the Jetour T5 concept shown at the Beijing show. China sales were planned from mid-2025, and the model was considered for export markets including Malaysia and South Africa.

Plug-in hybrid using Chery's Kunpeng Super Hybrid (C-DM) system: a 2.0 turbo petrol engine with a rear-mounted electric motor, with a combined output of about 761 PS (560 kW) and 795 N·m. About 5.1 m long with a 2+2+2 three-row layout.
Where to find the VIN
On most cars the VIN is visible at the base of the windscreen (driver side) and on a label in the driver-side door opening; check your registration document too.
China-spec vs export-spec
The G700 is part of the Zongheng sub-brand and is a different, larger car than the Jetour Shanhai T1 and T2, and different from the planned Zongheng G600 and G900. The F700 pickup is a derivative of this SUV, so parts may not match. Charging inlets differ by market: China-spec cars use the GB/T standard and export versions are built for the destination market.
