Unveiled mid-2024, launched September 2024; marketed in China as the 'fourth generation'.
Powertrain, battery & charging
First model: Blue Whale 1.5T (280T, about 178 hp / 265 Nm) or 2.0T (360T, about 233 hp / 360 Nm). All-new 2024 model: 1.5T, 189 hp / 310 Nm. iDD plug-in hybrid: Blue Whale 1.5T engine (125 kW) plus 110 kW electric motor with a CATL LFP battery.
Where to find the VIN
On most cars the VIN is visible at the base of the windscreen (driver side) and on a label in the driver-side door opening; check your registration document too.
China-spec vs export-spec
China markets several facelifts as new 'generations', so the generation name alone is not reliable — the 2024 car (C928) is all-new and shares little with earlier versions. Send the VIN. Check the charge-port standard on your car (China-spec GB/T vs export CCS2/Type 2) before ordering charging parts.
